I've had my Treo 650 / Verizon for about a year. My prior Verizon T730 phone always got a 5 bar signal at my home. The Treo started at 3 bars but now it only gets 1 to 2 bars and frequently drops signal altogether.
I called Verizon, they made sure I did an over the air update and gave me excuses. They did say they would send somebody out to check the signal and get back to me within a few days. A week later and no response. So I call tech support back and the guy wants me to do a soft reset now. Will that do anything for the signal? If so, then why wasn't that suggested a week ago? Sounds like I'm getting run around.
Any suggestions?
