    Hey Gang,

I am a longtime SPRINT PCS Treo 650 User, my company just bought 5 of our executives Treo 650 based on my suggestion and since I have used the treo's since the 180's. But they all got verizons, so I am supposed to do a training with them and I need to know, ANYTHING SPECIFIC that I should tell them with regards to their phones.

Here some question I have. SMTP Relay for Verizon, Does it use VersaMail or how do you set up wireless sync if needed. What things would you suggest for me to tell them as I train them on its setup and how to use the verizon network to its fullest. What did you all find challenging or difficult when you first got your verizon phone, etc.

    Your help will be appreciated!

Here's the verizon how-to guide to set up wireless sync:

This is the default email app on the Verizon Treo 650. Versamail is on the distribution CD and can be added separately (in ROM on other Treos - like our Sprint Treos)

Thanks, after doing some searchs it sounds like wireless sync is pretty cool but full of problems, and versamail or chatter is a better solution.

I will allow them to choose which one, but I may guide them towards versamail.
