This past week I went away on business and the night I get there (Tuesday night) the screen on my ppc-6700 goes out. I had the phone for about 2 weeks so I called Sprint up and they arranged to send me a new one and a return kit for the one I have. Well I called the next day for a tracking number and they could not give it to me... the next day I called.... they told me the order was completeted but no tracking number and I should have it by Friday. I try one more time and they cant even find the order at all! So today I call again and they give me a $30 credit and resubmit the order... now I have to wait until monday to see whats going on with this phone. Anyone else have any similar expierence with Sprint??? I'm just worried it's going to be out of the 30 day range and then tell me 30 days is past... I don't want to get screwed here...
