    It is refreshing to find a company that understands Customer Service.

    When a product I received as a gift failed prematurely, I sent one email to the vendor, www.boxwave.com. By the next business day I received an email, indicating a replacement would be advance shipped to me, at no cost......

    I shouldn't be surprised, but I am. I thought this kind of service deserved some recognition......
