I web-ordered an OVD via FedEx express on 1/9, and HS charged my card on 1/12, Tue. Now it's the end of the day of 1/14, Friday. Still no OVD in sight.

If this is FedEx's fault is there a way to recoup the shipping cost? Or should I just feel lucky that maybe I'll receive shipment on Monday?

Dang, the wait is killing me. I've been cutting out screen savers in the office today, went to buy a Pentopia during lunch, spent too much time reading all the visor boards, and kept checking our mailroom for some sign... Sigh... I thought I outgrew this perhaps stage of childhood impatience. Well, thanks HS/FedEx, you sure brought it out again! :-)
