I wouldn't have placed a 2nd order if I were you. You may now have 2 separate orders in the system and when they finally resolve whatever issue they have with your first order they may charge your card and ship it.

I'm not sure who you were emailing, the website address for Customer Support are useless, but folks have gotten almost immediate responses from Handspring's Exec. Team and Customer Relations. The CSRs you've been talking to work at a company Handspring hired.

I would recommend you get in touch with one of the Exec. Team and explain your situation and what you did. See if they can get that (or ensure it is already purged) original order out of their database so you don't get charged and have to try and get a credit on your card by working with the CSRs.
