Just an FYI
I just got of the phone with CS at HS. The gentlemen I talked to was very nice. I was calling to get a tracking number for my ODX ordered on 12/22 and billed on 12/28. He was unable to give me a tracking number because the last update they had was from 12/27. I am sure these slow updates are causing some of the problems mentioned. It should also be noted they know this is a problem and are 'working' on it.

If you are thinking about ordering, spend the 3 bucks and go express...
