Am I the only one to experience amazingly terrible customer service from treocentral? For well over 2 months now I have been trying to get a replacement for a Krussel case that broke (the plastic nozzle that connects to the back of the case and the belt clip) and have sent numerous e-mails to treocentral (seems to be the only way) and only ever got 1 reply, from Diana Kingree, so called VP of customer service. Well, this customer service stinks !!!

Now I'm stuck with carrying my treo 600 around in my hands. I refuse to buy a new case when the one I bought broke after just 3 months.

This is ridiculous. Anyone else have the same problems?

Can anyone provide me with a way to help get this resolved for me?

Does anyone at treocentral customer service read these posts?
