OK...an email is received that there's a problem with my order...a call is made to fix whatever problem there is...guess what...everything in the order was correct! There's NO problem.

Now they say, because they've made changes (even though none were needed), the order time will be what it was plus another week!

This is truly bad. I could be rude and call names, etc. But it's just easier to simply say that their customer service/order fulfillment process is very very poor, if not unacceptable.
