    than the contractors. I received call from them about the problem with the order and said would receive with in two weeks.

    First question, if they made a mistake shouldn't they take an effort to ship at the earliest possible with high priority?

    Now its a month almost and no answer. Most of the time Customer service people are missing.
    "They would call you back by today or tomorrow morning about your order" was the frequent answer.

    Is there any frequent flyer kind of program for these answer?
