I recieved my visor today, I ordered it 3 weeks ago yesterday. On the general board, there were about 5 others in the same situation. I am starting to believe they are catching up and the worst is over... well, maybe just for me *smile*

Ok that was rude. But i really think we can all start to relax.

    Patrick,
I think you are correct on this point. It really does look like Handspring is striving for better turnaround times.

I have to say one thing about Handspring, with it being Christmas and having the potential to get alot of orders, Handspring stuck hard to keeping a 4 to 6 week turn around and they were honest enough the say if you didnt order by November 12 you may not have it by Dec 24th. Even though they are now running about 3 to 4 weeks. This must have cost them many orders.

I beleive one of Handsprings largest problems, (and I do mean one) was the third party outsource they hired for handling order taking and cuctomer service.

    One other thing I've noticed...

There have been far fewer posts per day to the Shipping forum than, say, a month ago.

I think they're finally getting their act together. Good thing, too.

Had mine for about two weeks, and I really like it.

    ^---king.
