I ordered my VisorDelux in early October and received it within one week (!Remarkable!) - unfortunately, the display was flickering and so I send it back.
The guy from the customer service told me to send back the whole unit (w/ cradle) - so did I.
Nothing happend until Dec 4 - the day I decided to call them daily as I'm leaving the country this Friday for Europe.
Today I received my second (!!) Visor w/o everything - this after hours on the phone talking to half of the calling center team.
I'm really done with this company - they charged my credit card on Oct 25th and failed to replace a damaged unit for 8 weeks.

I don't even know if they will refund my money if I send back the two units.....
