On monday after all the runaround that I had received from customer service I contacted Handspring directly. It's seems that when I had my wallet stolen with my c.card. I had told CS my new number. This was confirmed about a zillion times (bye the bye CS is in Canada). Getting back to my saga Handspring HQ checked my order and it showed my old cc# as invalid. They had no record of new #
and the rep I spoke to (sweet as sugar) promised she would straighten it out.
LO & BEHOLD < THE NEXT DAY THERE WAS THE FEDEX MAN WITH MY VISOR & ON THURSDAY THERE HE WAS AGAIN WITH MY 8MEG FLASH MODULE
(PS I heard they brought in new people to starighten the mess.
