i ordered my visor on the 24th of sept.
still haven't recieved it.
turned out i might have been one of those whose orders got lost.

so my order was sent again to s&h on 11/11 by Sales.

talked to CS yesterday, some female supervisor. she said my order had been escalated and that she could do nothing about it. that s&h would send it to me asap.

DAMMIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ANY ADVICE? ANYONE I SHOULD TALK TO AT HS?
ANYTHING??
