OK, so I'm just one of many, but here's my tale of woe:
Ordered 10/06 on the web site. Got my serial cradle today, but it's a miracle it reached me, since it didn't have my company name on the ship label, and there are many businesses in my building...

Anyway, the invoice enclosed said my Visor shipped on 10/19. WTF? So I called the (716) number, talked to Lisa, and found out that it had not, in fact, shipped, and the tracking number given me by CSR Edward on the (888) number was invalid. So I'm escalated. Whoop-de-woo. An email has been sent to the shipping warehouse, and they say it'll ship 'sometime this week'. No new tracking number, of course.

I am not thrilled with what is CLEARLY a botch on the part of shipping, since they had all my details (the cradle got here, after all). Guess what? Donna's getting a snotty email about this. Won't do much, I know, but frankly I'm a little pissed.

Spent the weekend playing with my girlfriend's Palm IIIx...it's looking more attractive by the hour...
