On Monday 10/25 I had exceeded the limit of my patience and I sent Ed Colligan, VP of Marketing and Sales an email detailing my early order and 11 hours of unsuccessful attempts to get an order status. I received an apologetic reply on Wednesday the 27th with a promise tht my email was forwarded to Customer Service and I would notified of my order status. To date, Friday the 29th I received SQUAT.

As I mentioned in my email - ALL I WANT IS AN ACKNOWLEDGEMENT THAT MY ORDER EXISTS AND A REAL ETA DATE.

I guess if I'm going to get any work done I'll have to buy a Palm.
