    Here's some information I gathered from talking to a CSR: They are overworked (is that a surprise?) One guy had already worked over 50 hours as of Thursday and still had Friday to go. Sometimes, there are only 7 or 8 CSR's working the call centre at a time. Does that surprise anyone considering the long waits on hold?

    My wait was only about five minutes.

    And it sounded like there were a lot of reps in the room--mine said that there were "quite a lot people on this floor" when I told him it sounded like he was calling from the midst of a party.
