    I received my Visor and it had a defective USB cradle (HS tech people agree). Customer service told me last Saturday (10/23/99) that they would ship a new cradle that day and I could return the bad one for a credit. Today (10/28/99) I called to check on the order and was told it would be two weeks or more until I got it. So I will have my Visor almost a month without being able to perform a hot sync. This stinketh!

    I'd suggest going to the customer care section at Handspring and sending them an email. Can't hurt to double dip, so to speak and then if you get a different response please update this post.
