    I called CSR and complained about not getting my Visor Deluxe on time. Just to make me feel better she said she will also send me a FREE "VISOR". Guess what I got both of them Saturday and Yes they only charged me for a Visor Deluxe. Thats What i call customer service!!!!!!!!


    ...have a close eye on your credit card....

    (On the other hand, everything seem to be possible now)

    Uh... Yeah, and you did happen to catch the pig flying past your window a second ago right? Define "late"... This is STILL October and they have never given a dealine on when ANYONE will get their unit.

    Give me a break.
