so I just posted about my problems updating to 1.2 for the email software - what i don't get is, who am I suppose to turn to for help besides TreoCentral?

I just spent half an hour navigating PalmOne's site with no success - no answers to any worthwhile questions about the update, and when I found a form to submit a question, once I told it I had Sprint, it kept sending me to Sprint's site. is there no way to ask Palm for help anymore?

I'm sorry, I just find it hard to believe I should call my phone service company because the update to my phone didn't update the email software like it should, or that when I do call Sprint, that they will have any idea how to help.....
