I sent an email to Treocentral's rma email address this morning requesting an RMA for my Treo 600. The right navigation button doesn't work right. It either works as the up or down button 90% of the time unless you hit a precise spot under the arrow.

I haven't received a response yet, and I was wondering how long it takes to get an RMA. I had order number 113.

I'd also like a copy of my receipt. None was included with the Treo.
