Strange. You say the TouchPad is in "Great Condition", but 'Picture 3' suggests totally otherwise.

Was this purchased new or refurb? How old is it(wanting to know for warranty purposes).

Is that giant crack in the back of the unit(picture 3)?

The shadow at the bottom of picture 3 is the distorted reflection of the OP taking the photo. Look to the bottom-left to see the outline of his hand.

There is no cracks or scratches on this unit, sorry its a cell phone picture. The unit is a new purchase when the fire sale started at numerous stores.

Pictures look as the OP suggests - in great shape.
