Doesn't seem like a bad trade. Same speed: 1ghz processor. Most of the specs seem close. I guess you are just downgrading the size, from 4" to 3.1" screen.

Try going to Craigslist & make a post similar to this one. You will probably have some interested people.

not a bad trade indeed, but there might not be lot of people with Pre 2 on craigslist yet.
