Veer is not recognized

I just use some tools to flash veer. But the progress stopped at 70%.
I disconnect the veer and reboot(press power and toggle switch three times).
After that the veer's screen is black and nothing happened.
I reconnect it with my pc. execured the flash program again.
But veer cant recognized by system or wqi. (I install the novacom correctly).

Did anyone have some advice?

Restart while holding volume up, wait until you see the USB sign on the screen and restart the Doctor,

I reinstall the lastest novacom driver. Restart while holding volume up. But veer is stilll not recognized.
