Screen delay. It's still exists

I have HP Veer, and after I've doctored it to webOS 2.2.4 it has about 3-4 seconds screen delay after turning on screen. Delay disappears when flashing 2.2.4 and back to 2.1.2. But after some time (about 1-2 days) it returns. I tried to change Palm account, tried secure full erase, also tried partition recreation, nothing helped

Please answer, anyone of you has this trouble?
And if you can, help me please

P.S.: I don't want 2.2.4 - it's unusable for me - I listen music only over wired headset, and I think it is glitchy)

I have exactly the same problem as you.
Not how to solve it.
