2.2.3/2.2.4 in call reboots and possible solution?

Guys,

I am using veer as my primary phone, 2 days since 2.2.4 install and I haven't seen a single restart.

The only patch I have for now is "capture with volume keys"

Will report if I observe any restarts

Third Day with 2.2.4 . No Restarts during calls

Installed the following last night

-Internalz pro
-The helicopter Game

-Filemgr (service)

-AUSMT Scripts
-GNU Patch
-Homebrew JS Service Framework
-Lsdiff

-Messaging Plugins (By filmor)

It seems to be network specific. I don't have it all the time, but occasionally seems to happen when connected to Vodafone NL or T-Mobile NL. Usually only when having low signal strength though.

I doubt it has to do anything with patches, I also had it without patches.

My office has poor reception.
I will be using my deskphone for all purposes when in office.
let me use my veer for few days and check if the issue is with reception.

It only happens when dialing out, not when receiving calls normally.

It happened just now when I was receiving one call. After I said 'Hi!' my veer went black. It didn't reboot, just switched off. I pressed the power button and it works again. (Actually it was booted up with no sound, so I had to restart again. But that's another issue I guess...)

It reboots during receiving as well as dialing out; during dialing out mostly.
And When it reboots and a call is made the other person in the line is not bale to hear a thing I said, believe microphone gets disabled and another reboot fixes this. Though this microphone thing is a random one, it annoys a lot just like reboot issue.

I made a little patch that I've been testing for some days. Results are good so far, if someone else want to try it and report, here is the discussion :

WebOS 2.2.3 is already there for Veer

Looks good! No reboots with idle patch for some days so far.
