    Hi, my veer seems to be broken after not even three month. I think it's the screen. Only flashing lines if I get anything (see below). I tried to reset, reboot and even let the battery run all the way down and then recharged it. Only some flashing lines when I plug it in and then dead...

    I don't have a receipt but I hope HP still does something. I mean the phone can't be older than three month.

    Have you called HP yet? I'm sure they will do something for you. They will probably still charge you at least some money unless it's a known issue.

    Did you do anything to the Veer? Drop it, spill water on it, etc?

    I didn't do anything... Just went to bed and when I woke up in the morning... the alarm clock still worked but the screen hasn't shown anything useful ever since.

    Where can I open a chat channel? I have searched the website for quit some time and only found palm phone number.

    They said the device needs to be repaired and they will do it under warranty even if I don't have a receipt. I have to wait until I am back in the US though...
