    Sure $99 is a great price but what about us who wasted their upgrade on a iPh4 or some other phone. What will the off/no contract pricing be. Ay word on that yet??

    if you break the at&t contract, there's $350 fee. So you can get one out of contract for $450 with activation fee. So buyout price can't be over $450 if they decided to offer the buyout.
