A little background.....I've been running CM9 without incident for over a year now. But one day last week, I pick up my Touchpad and the screen is black except for the HP logo in the center. Odd, I think to myself, and plug in the power cord and do a hard reset. It powers back up but does nothing except display the HP logo again (Well, this is not good). I am able to get it into USB/recovery mode as well. So I tried using WebOS Doctor but it fails at 12% (I've actually tried all versions of WebOS Doctor)

So after doing some google research it seems this has happened to many people. And there are several "fixes" out there. In the last week, I've tried about all of them more than once. I'm not against trying any of them again if anybody has any ideas. But at this point, I'm pretty confident the TP has some sort of hardware failure.

If it is a hardware failure, I'd like to tear into the thing and try to repair it just for the hell of it. But as it stands, I have no way of knowing what part/parts would need to be replaced. Is there any way to tell from the logs of tools like WebOS Doctor or TPDebrick?

I'm pretty much out of ideas, so I thought I would create this thread as a last resort (I apologize, there are tons of them out there already I know)

Here is my log from WebOS Doctor 3.0.5 (It failed at 12%). If anybody could give any insight; I'd really appreciate it

Did you try going through the TPDebrick thread? I've had 2 TouchPads with the same issue, one was fixed with TPDebrick, the other one was hopeless-based on other posts in that thread.
    My gadget list-TouchPad, Pre 3, Pre 2, Pre+, Pixi+, Treo 700p, Treo 650, Centro, Handspring, Kyocera 6035, 7135-all with Verizon.

    Thanks for the response.

I got a fastboot error when I ran TPdebrick. So far I've read about 80 of the 132 pages in the TPDebrick v004 thread over at RootzWiki. Alot of people in that thread had the same error as me. Some of them were able to repair it, some were not. There didn't seem to be a definitive solution for the fastboot error.
