    Hi,
    I experienced the same problem on 3 devices
    The touchpad have been réinstalled with webos 305,
    The installation is ok
    The device boot
    I choice the language
    It ask me to login or create an account
    Then I'm stuck there, cannot create account or login, always the same message :
    "the creation of your account has not been possible. Ensure try again in a few minutes or contact HP for assistance in resolving the problem"
    Sorry it's a google translation of the original french message
    Same problème on two other devices used by a friend of mine

    I tried to turn off wifi encryption on my router, but no result.

    Backups and App Catalog are working fine here on TP and Phone so I don't think "HP servers" are down.
    Are your root certificate up to date?

    The "First Use" login should work without the need to update it.

    @kurapika,

    What he means, is that SSL-secured services such as Backup and App Catalog are relying on an HP/Palm "root certificate", a certificate that other certificates can rely on in a chain of authority. That certificate expired a month ago, and to update it, once you're logged in, set date to July 1, open the App Catalog and search for "App Catalog Update". Once you install it, set the date to today

    Of course, we'll need to get you logged in first
