My webos doctor stop at 8%, please help!

I have tried the webos wiki on How to recover and my webos doctor stops at 8%. I am a dunce and cannot run webos doctor from the command line unless I have instructions.

I do not have the uimage to load either.

What happened was I loaded ubuntu onto my touchpad and accidentally made 2 4g partitions. Well when I went to go delete the extra partition it thew my storage off telling me I did not have enough storage to store anything.

after a deleteing then following instructions on recreating filesystem, i then went to doctor and it stops at 8% saying unable to continue.

Do I need to remove the battery, as I dod not know where it is on the touchpad.

I have the 32g Tp.

Much help would be appreciated.
