    Ok, now running the webOS via the java line command, but the repair process is till hanging at 12%.These are the final CMD entries before it hangs:

    Might be a corrupt partition, I haven't personally dealt with these types of issues but I did find a few good threads, regarding this issue.

    Thanks everyone. Followed the 12% link fix and it successfully completed the webOS Doctor.

    Just rebooting, although it is taking ages......
