Open the Help app, and type "gimmewizzz" into the search box. Hit enter.

There's also a command to show your HTTP request header: "gimmeua2"

Call me a cheater, but I was looking through the code in the Help app seeing how their chat support thing works. I noticed they have these codes for testing purposes, and the wizzz one wasn't obvious.

I don't know. I'm offering help via Skype now, though it would be interesting if I could revive the old chat service and maybe dispatch it to other people who can do chat support. I wish I had a permanent server.

shame you cant just use the backend of free IRC channels and have your app use it slightly differently to a normal Mirc/XChat/irc client, surely a "help service" type thing is just about communicating by whatever means and if its typing/text then borrowing IRC seems ideal, many servers are totally free, and there are many free clients to rip inspiration from.

hell even if its some chatty type affair, i wonder if the file transfer side of irc cant also be abused for talking verbally.
