Salvaging HP touchpad parts

Hi,

I have decided that my HP touchpad has finally bitten the dust. So I am looking for ways that I can put the parts to good uses. I had the thought of using the battery and the touchstone as a portable power supply for my phone or other devices. I also thought that the LCD could be used as a monitor for my raspberry pi or for other applications like for my S3. I would be grateful of any advice or further ideas for the parts in the Touchpad. Also I am pretty sure that the digitizer is mucked up so It has limited uses.

how do you plan to use the screen with S3? (I'm assuming you're talking about amazon s3)
