There are two apps you can install: FreeCam for Touchpad and DigiCamera Lite. Both are free, if I remember correctly.. I don't remember if they are in the app store or Preware. Of course, you can install Skype, the camera will work with that also (app store, free).

Wait, did this thread lose its categorization? From the first reply it seems this thread was for Android on TouchPad.
BTW, the built in camera app since 3.0.3 or something works fine.
