Anyone repair TP in UK?

My mum's touchpad is dead, she let it run out of power once too often, now won't boot, no matter what I try (button combos, chargers etc).

So was wondering if anyone in the UK knows if there is a repair business which can replace the battery (or whatever else is needed).

there are some threads around here about reviving a dead touchpad, maybe they'll help. or if its still in warranty, call hp and let them fix it.

but i wonder... if it just run out of batteries, can this problem occour? she was not running android or any early build of cm10?
