My PC wont recognise my TP as a hard drive.

Hi,

My PC (windows 8) wont recognise my TP as a hard drive and asks me to format the touchpad before it can recognise it.

Any ideas?

try another pc or windows version to eliminate or confirm it as a touchpad or winblows issue.

narrow it to 1 of those and the relevant windows8 or webOS gurus can better pitch in.

Try the TouchPad on another computer, and if that fails SFTP out your data and format the partition through webOS.
