    I need to re-start my Touchpad from scratch.

    I go to the HP/Palm page and select "Touchpad".

    I get a page with my Touchpad Data and at the bottom of the page I have three selections.

    I click the third option "Get WebOS Doctor".

    The page starts loading and then I get the message "Failure to conect to server"

    The only other option to completely clean it is to open another account but that will cause me to lose my paid apps.

    Anyone know whats going on?
