    hi today I received a security policy error my work email thru exchange . Not sure what this means?

    I have a little yellow triangle on that email account that I have set on the touchpad. When I click on it, it says security policy error

    I have the correct server,domain etc

    Security policies on EAS usually have to do with PIN/password lock.

    Yeah do you have PIN lock setup?

    Other possibility is your IT department deemed the device not to be approved for EAS access.

    At my work for example, non Citrix or those not approved for mobile use only get access via wired network connection or web mail.
    I love physical keyboards... but there is two devices that would make me consider a slab, one is something running a full version of Open webOS. The other is an iPhone!!!! HA HA just kidding (about the iPhone that is)...

    got it sorted out. Deleted the email account then had delete it through the account settings. Added it again and it stared working.
