    I can no longer download e-mail from my PlusNet account using the default e-mail client (are there any others?) on my touchpad.

    Everything was working fine.

    All of the account/login settings are fine and I can send e-mails via Plusnet, just cannot download any.

    I've removed and recreated the e-mail account used for plusnet.

    I have updated all preware apps and removed/updated the muffle system logging patch.

    I have followed the instructions in
    Solution to email download errors. Finally!

    but still have the same problem.

    There are no error messages and yahoo! mail works fine.

    I've checked with Plusnet and they agree that all my settings are fine and have asked that I check out the touchpad, which I've done as described above.

    Wits end getting near - anyone have ANY ideas???

    Hi there,

    If you log into our Webmail platform using the username and password you've tried configuring your Touchpad with, do you see the email you're attempting to download?

    I'm wondering whether or not you have multiple mailboxes and are inadvertently logging into the wrong one?
