There are more than two weeks I'm trying to install ubuntu chrom on my touchpad. I've been using tutorial from many websites. no way. I'm using ubuntu 11.10 and webos 3.05 and I didn't find the right tutorial. Everytime I complete the meta-doctor process ubuntu asks me a dedicated partition. It reduce my memory and I cannot get it back. I cannot succeed to mount a partition. I'll be very happy to find the tutorial.
this are risults of two commands :

    root@AlphonseMbenga:/# mount -a
mount: mounting /dev/mapper/store-ext3fs on /media/ext3fs failed: No such file or directory
mount: mounting /dev/mapper/store-ext3fs on /media/ext3fs failed: No such file or directory
mount: mounting /dev/mapper/store-ext3fs on /media/ext3fs failed: No such file or directory

Oh man, that hurt my brain to see without any caffeine in my system
Did you try this tut? Doctor your device so you don't have any old partitions set up and this tut has never failed me...

Tailor (On-Device Live Partition and Filesystem Editor) Beta Testing

^ that can aleviate many issues with partitions and faffing with metadoctors/command line/terminal etc, just go in, make/delete whatever you require, just make sure youve read up on it and know what your doing, most is self explanatory, and if your not sure whats going on, or not comfortable doing it, then its probably best you dont delve into it either way.

That or find 1 kickass tutorial from start to finish thats fool proof.
