    Hello,

    I am trying to remove all traces of an app so can buy from catalog. It keeps showing in catalog saying "'update failed" even though I deleted via preware. How can I fix this? Plzz I want to buy the app!

    I think that your best bet would be to contact the developer. I am sure that they will know more on how to solve it and be happy to help you buy their app.

    lol I downloaded it illegally and so they have nothing to do with it...its kalemsoft media player, its on sale and wanna buy it!
