I needed to import my PC favorites to my TP and couldn't find anything that would do it directly.

    Try this:

    1. On the PC, export your favorites to an htm file (standard export file type.)
    2. Email the file to yourself as an attachment
    3. Open the email on the TP and open the attachment. It will open in the browsers and all of your favorites will be listed as clickable links.
    4. Save it as a favorite and the file will be there in the list.
    5. At this point you can click on links and then save them as new bookmarks or just use the file itself as the list of links.

Personally, I've always liked Xmarks (https://www.xmarks.com/) for bookmark syncing on computers using various browsers. The nice feature for my webOS devices is that I can log on to the site and see my synced bookmarks.

its a bit awkward though! Are there any apps in development to solve this issue?

    maybe an Advanced browser update?

Importing would be nice, but the browser will need FOLDERS first.
