I just tried to log in to my Palm Profile to get my promo code to purchase an app and all I am getting are apache errors. Did HP kill the profile? Anyone else seeing this? Just a problem on my end? Thanks in advance for any feedback...

I am not able to navigate to this page: https://ps.palmws.com/palmcsext/cons...oginPage.iface

It gives me a page full of errors. I've tried at work, at home, and on the TP. Is anyone else having issues?

    Thanks!

Hmmmm, I've tried Firefox 8, IE7, and Chrome. Also the TP stock browser.

On 3 different PCs. On two different networks.

I get the same error screen every time.

Works fine on my Touchpad using the stock browser. Not sure why you are getting those errors.

It's working now for some reason.

I have been trying for 3 days to get in.

I am unable to open the Palm profile login page to be able to manage my profile. I have tried opening the link HPwebOS.com : Manage My Device from three different browsers on the desktop and also from the Touchpad with no success. All I get is the following error:

Is this happening to only me or our others facing the same issue? I really need to access my Profile Account urgently, to change my account password. Does anyone have a clue about this? Thanks.

I am still facing the same problem. Tried with IE9, Firefox 9, Chrome and TouchPad. Does anyone have a clue as to what might be the problem? Any solutions? I really need to access my profile, so that I can change my password.

PS: I have never faced this or any other issue with this site, until a few days ago.

No issue here.... win7 box running FF
I love physical keyboards... but there is two devices that would make me consider a slab, one is something running a full version of Open webOS. The other is an iPhone!!!! HA HA just kidding (about the iPhone that is)...

I was getting the same error but I figured out how to get around it. My computer, TouchPad and Pre 2 were all getting the error. When I turned WiFi off on my Pre 2, it worked fine!

This error was happening at my house with my internet connection (Comcast). When I used my cell signal, the website loaded fine. I'm not sure what that means though.

UPDATE: Sorry for the triple post, this issue used to be 3 separate threads but was then merged. Mods, feel free to delete the dupes!
