    Hello,

    I have TouchPad for a moth. It was working flawlessly.
    But since 2 weeks ago it stopped loading Accounts, Apps, Mail...
    The problem seems to be that i cannot log into my WebOS account.

    I've restarted several times.
    I've tried to connect using at least 3 different WiFi's...

    First I noticed the problem when autocomplete in the browser stopped working.
    When loading web pages - "no connection" is displayed briefly, but page is still loaded.

    When starting browser / Web / Preferences - no default search engine is available.
    Also all Options are OFF: popups, Cookies...

    I've tried to clear browser cashe and history - but it doesnt seems to working (finishes in instance)

    Please help.

    I use my TouchPad in Bulgaria...

    Sounds like you need to visit the webOS doctor. You may try going to Device Info--> Reset Options--> Full Erase or Erase Apps and Data.

    Be sure to goto accounts and check Accounts to ensure that setting are set to ON for webOS accounts and other accounts not syncing.

    You did a full device restart and not just a luna restart yes? I had a similar thing happen yesterday, mail would not load (just a blank white screen) and the accounts app would just spin and not load anything. A device restart fixed it.

    I have done two types of restart:
    from Device info and several times by pressing power, volume and main button.

    please explain what do you mean by "luna" restart?

    after restart i have several freezes. Have to press power and main button to start...

    I wonder if the webOS backups failing has anything to do with your problem. Seems alittle odd that your problem has been going on for 2 weeks. (source is recent precentral article)

    Hopefully you held off on the doctor. Maybe after HP fixes the backups you'll be back in business. Good Luck!

    Actually I'm thinking what could be the reason:

    - Maybe TouchPad's cache is full (browser, search engines ...)
    Do you have any Idea how to clear it ?
    - Or some problem with HP Servers; (My be it is related to Backup issue)
    - Or HP has barred the access to their servers from outside officially supported countries - I'm in Bulgaria ???

    I have taken my touchpad to bulgeria and this has also now occured to my touch pad
    what is the backup issue
    i also cant log into webos profile
    infact it is blank on touchpad

    also it hangs on the hp startup screen only way to start is
    power button and middle button

    all the game apps work just anything with an account
    also no movies, photos, music will display yet are there if you connect via usb and pc

    all help needed

    Has anyone been able to resolve this problem. The person in Bulgaria who had the same problem last year
    never did seem to get his resolved. Is there any better answer than using Webos Doctor to reload it as it came
    from HP? If the pad is backed up every night, how come it doesn't reload the accounts and browser when you do
    a restart?
