    so, my email works fine, except for when i tap a message to read it, it just says "error loading, tap to reload". Ive tried restarting the touchpad, same issue.

    the other is, pivot is just a white blank screen. even after the app catalog update and a restart....still blank and has been for about 3 weeks now.

    anyone have any ideas?

    what patches and themes are you using?

    no themes and just the normal patches that speed a few things up

    Sounds like you have the muffling patch which is most likely the cause of this issue as it has shown up on many Touchpads with the same behavior.

    That's strange, both were messed up at the same time? You might try uninstalling the app catalog through the preware app. It is located in your installed packages/ applications section. Then you can restart the touchpad and it should pop up in the update notification area.

    The email problem might be unrelated. You can try to delete your accounts, restart, and then reinstall them and see if this fixes it.

    Hopefully you don't have to doctor it but make sure you use the Save/ Restore app in preware before you do

    I looked into what Achill3s mentioned about the muffle system logging and it does seem to cause problems with email and pivot sometimes. And uninstalling and reinstalling doesn't always fix it. But it looks like somebody found a fix here:
