HELP! Stuck in iHeartRadio app

My Touchpad has the new 3.0.4 upgrade and has been working fine since, but tonight I started up the iHeartRadio app and selected a local station and now the screen does not respond and neither do any of the buttons (power, volume, center). It's playing the feed from the radio station, but I can't figure out how to even shut it down.

I can't remember if iHeartRadio was one of the apps that updated yesterday or not, but I know I have not run this app since the upgrade to WebOS 3.0.4.

So, how do I stop this thing or shut down my Touchpad?

hold down power and home buttons until it restarts
