Just spoke to webos chat support.

You guys need to send a screenshot or video showing accelerometer issues to Palm support <staff edit>

Please mention the issue and description in your email. They will try to duplicate the issue and escalate it

    Already emailed em.

Another data-point. Ground Effects Pro XHD, worked for a while.. (some free flight
and first race all fine), and then went to hell, with pretty much the same symptoms as
Asphalt 6. Try to turn, it goes straight, smashes into obstacle, then gets stuck
turning, crashes into another obstacle.. Rinse.. repeat. Can restart the game
and make it through another race or so before it starts to do it again. Kind of
gets gradually worse until it's unsteerable.

Yes ... report it, that's what I've done and suggest everyone else does too.

Nothing new on this Bug ?

I also posted in the Support forums over at Palm. I'm sure they will release a fix as soon as they know how big the impact is. (*1 million new TPad owners*)

For whatever it's worth, since I switched from accelerometer to on screen
steering, I've done much better. Even when the accelerometer is working
correctly, it is just not as responsive as your finger. Can change directions
and make precise correction much more quickly. I just need to get over mashing
    my thumb into the screen.

I am noticing this issue with Ground Effects Pro, however, it was always hard for me to steer in that game. I do notice issues with Dead Runner though, there is a def a slight delay and then it is sluggish to kick in.

I left my Touchpad on a train Saturday and was lucky to get it back, the only problem is the person that found it, installed 3.0.4 while he had it. At first, all seemed ok. Was I wrong. First I get a message saying I am running out of application space, next I get the "not enough space to download" when trying to update Adobe and QuickOffice. Finally gave up and doctored back to 3.0.2. First time I when I tried to bring up the launcher, it would go into a boot loop. Second time seemed to work ok.

But the compass in SkyOrb is still screwed up. Usually over 90 degrees off.

Another weird thing happened when I launched Preware. Received an error message saying it was unable to open saved package database. Then when I noticed that it had many updates all for 3.0.4 even though I am back to using 3.0.2.

    This is getting maddening.

I just realized that supersonic works !

I posted this in another thread. This fixes my problem.
I then performed the following installations in order on one my Touchpads and recorded the results with Glyder 2:
Unset unInstalled, Remove Touchpad Ripple Uninstalled - Problem
Unset Installed, Remove Touchpad Ripple Uninstalled - Good
Unset Installed, Then Remove Touchpad Ripple installed - Problem
Remove Touchpad Ripple installed, Unset unInstalled - Problem
Unset unInstalled, Remove Touchpad Ripple Uninstalled - Problem
Remove Touchpad Ripple installed, Unset unInstalled - Problem
Remove Touchpad Ripple installed, then Unset Installed - Good

My theory is that "Unset CFQ IO Scheduler" fixes the problem, but has to be installed after "Remove Touchpad Ripple". I did a Luna Restart after each install.

Sorry, I have no idea what ur on about. I've a factory built, over-the-air upgraded (to 3.0.4) TP, which no longer works for driving and flight games. Can someone confirm the theory and outcome, and then kindly explain in 'numpty' terms how an ***** would follow the stages. :-)
