Default Why are my videos/photos still on the Touchpad after using webOS Doctor?

I know this is going to sound like a stupid question....

Why are my videos/photos still on the Touchpad after using webOS Doctor?

Isn't webOS Doctor suppose to wipe everything and start my Touchpad from fresh?

All my videos remained on the Toucphad when I used webOS Doctor 3.02 a few weeks
ago. I didn't really about why the MP4 videos remained... Today, I used webOS
Doctor 3.04(new) on my Touchpad. I just noticed all the MP4 videos are still on it.

These videos are just random TV episodes(like 3's Company)... what if they had been
my private bedroom video? If I had planned to sell my Touchpad, I would probably
just webOS Doctor it, figuring everything would get erased.... would be a nasty
surprise if the buyer finds my videos....

webos doctor will not touch your files.
Use erase function for that (found in device info I think)

So there really isn't a way to return the Touchpad to "factory fresh"
state even with webOS Doctor? If I do a full erase and then
webOS Doctor, does it erase 100% of the Touchpad's memory?

Yes do secure erase and then doctor it.

It will not touch linux partitions or android ones, I assume you have not installed either one. If you have, go to those forums for instructions on how to erase those partitions.
