How do I download webOS Doctor for Touchpad from HP
and save the file on my computer? I went to HPwebOS.com and logged into my webOS account which I originally set up on my Touchpad. If I click on the Touchpad listed, it will let me choose webOS Doctor. However, it downloads in a Java window and only lets me start to Doctor my Touchpad directly. There doesn't seem to be an option to just download and save the files on my computer? Any advice appreciated!

Keep an eye on this page: WebOS Doctor Versions - WebOS Internals
WebOS-Internals will post an updated link for the direct download shortly, no doubt.

Actually, the file you get from Palm is just an XML file. I opened it up and found the URL. Direct download is here:

XML = text file with markup, so it handled it fine.

HELLO ALL,
I am new to Touch Pad, assisting an owner who'd like everything reset back to the factory settings. Can anyone please point me to a download link for WebOSDoctor? From what I can tell, using this software is the only way to get it back to factory settings. Please correct me if I'm wrong! SincerelySurfing, OrganictechnologY |

If you have created a webOS profile, you can simply log into it on the Manage My Device site, and grab the Doctor file from there. Otherwise, you can find all versions on the webOS Internals site.
